Please read our contact policies
- Common courtesy
- When contacting us via email you are a complete stranger. Please be certain to use your full name, and your actual, genuine e-mail address. Additionally, we expect common courtesy applied to your correspondence; for example, if you are requesting something, we appreciate “Please” and/or “Thank you”. Not using common courtesy may result in your correspondence being ignored.
- No challenge-response (CR) permitted!
- If you send a challenge to any of our personal addresses, it will be treated as spam, then it will be auto-discarded. We won’t ever see it. We abhor challenge-response systems, and won’t tolerate them.
